Early access bookings are limited to 3 days per client (up to 8 hours per day). Once general booking opens, you can reserve additional dates freely.
Please note: existing credit cannot be applied toward Christmas weekend bookings.

Yes, however, due to the high demand of the holiday season, bookings may be adjusted up to 14 days before your session. Any eligible changes will be issued as a studio credit.

Bookings reserve the full time slot. Unfortunately any unused time within that slot is not refundable and cannot be turned into credit.

Unfortunately, partial time reductions are not permitted. Once your booking is confirmed, the full reserved time remains in place.

Unfortunately, existing credit cannot be used toward Christmas weekend bookings.

Credits are valid for future bookings, but:
They cannot be applied toward Christmas setup bookings for the following season

We provide complimentary lighting for all bookings during darker hours, or you’re welcome to use the house lights.

We always want to be as accommodating as possible, but due to the limited nature of our space — especially during peak seasons — these policies help us protect availability for all clients while still offering some flexibility where we can.
